Arrival & Departure

Yes. The deposit is € 100, in larger apartments or chalets € 400. It can be paid in cash upon arrival or blocked on the credit card and will be released after departure, provided there are no damages.

Depending on the size of the apartment, we provide 1 to 3 keys.

All our holiday homes have free Wi-Fi (except Alpine Club, which is chargeable).

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.
Early check-in from 8:00 AM and late check-out until 5:00 PM are available for € 20.00 per apartment, subject to availability. -
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a proper condition (turn on the dishwasher, dispose of trash). We ask for punctuality so that we can clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests in time. The final cleaning will be carried out by our cleaning staff. We kindly ask you to return the keys to our service office by 10:00 AM at the latest. If you found the keys directly at the apartment, we also ask you to leave them there. After departure, our staff will check the apartment and cancel the deposited security deposit on the credit card.

Check-in time is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the apartment is not occupied before your arrival, we offer our guests the option of an EARLY CHECK IN (from 8:00 AM).
The cost for this is € 20.00 per apartment. An early arrival from 12:00 PM is free of charge. -
Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:00 AM at the latest. If the apartment is not booked on your departure day, we offer our guests the option of a LATE CHECK OUT (until 5:00 PM).

We would be happy to discuss these options with you on-site. -
Several days before your arrival, you will receive an email with information about check-in and key handover. For late arrivals, we will leave the keys in the key safe in front of our service office.

If you arrive outside our opening hours, we will deposit your keys with detailed arrival information in our key safe, which is located directly in front of our service office. You will receive the code for this by email before your arrival.

No, our accommodations are self-catering apartments. Final cleaning is included. Additional cleaning can be booked on-site for a fee.

Please inform us of any changes before your arrival. Prices are usually dependent on the number of people. No refunds are possible on the day of arrival.

We are happy to pick you up for free from Schladming train station by arrangement. Alternatively, taxis are available.

Yes. Waste is separated into residual waste, organic waste, plastic, glass, and paper. You will find corresponding containers in your apartment or in the waste rooms of the buildings.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, buckets, and some vacuum cleaners are available. As a first supply, you will receive toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish soap, and dish towels.

You can order the bread service upon arrival at the service office. Delivery takes place daily between 7:00 and 8:00 AM at the entrance door of the building.

Our service office is open daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
