A day in the snow paradise: This is what winter feels like in Schladming-Dachstein
The day starts early – fresh powder snow glistens in the morning sun as the first gondola glides up to the Planai. The slopes are perfectly groomed, the air is clear, and the view extends to the Dachstein. A few quick carving turns, then it continues over the 4-Mountain Ski Swing – from Planai to Hochwurzen, further to Reiteralm.
At noon, a cozy ski hut tempts with Styrian delicacies and sun loungers on the terrace. In the afternoon, one last detour to the snow park or a freeride variant – and then: a stop at the Tenne Schladming, where DJ sounds and a lively atmosphere kick off the après-ski.
Back at the accommodation, the well-deserved relaxation awaits: sauna, steam bath, and a glass of wine with a view of the snow-covered village. A winter day as it should be – full of experiences, enjoyment, and real mountain magic.
