In many areas, dogs are welcome – for example, while walking through the Talbach Gorge (leash required) or on hikes to mountain lakes like the Spiegelsee or the Giglach Lakes.
At the swimming lakes like Pichl or Aich, there is usually a ban on dogs – but there are often nearby alternatives at streams or rivers. Please pay attention to signage! -
