Because you receive everything from a single source: decades of experience, a strong team, 24/7 guest service, and a unique all-around package with no additional costs.

The contract is concluded with a non-terminable duration of 3 years. After that, it automatically extends for an indefinite period. Termination is possible after the 3 years have elapsed, provided it is done in writing and a notice period of 6 months is observed. Termination dates are either April 30 or November 30. Changes to the contract must always be in writing and require the consent of both parties.

First, you contact Schladming Appartements and present your property. Then, a viewing and consultation by our team takes place to check the suitability and necessary standards. Additionally, a profitability calculation is prepared to determine the approximate return. After that, a contract is concluded, during which all open questions will be thoroughly clarified with you. We ensure that your individual needs are taken into account and covered as best as possible.

As soon as the contract is signed, we will create professional photos of your property and develop a tailored marketing concept. If needed, we also assist you with the setup and furnishing to ensure your accommodation meets the highest standards. Subsequently, your property will be listed on our website as well as on all relevant booking platforms and made bookable for guests. From this point on, everything runs as usual: We take care of marketing, bookings, guest support, cleaning, and billing, so you don't have to worry about anything else.

Billing is done on a commission basis – you only pay when actual bookings occur. There are no hidden additional costs. All our services such as guest support, marketing, cleaning, laundry, or the Schladming-Appartements bonus card are already included in the package. At the beginning, only a one-time marketing fee is charged, which finances the professional presentation and marketing of your property.

Yes, as an owner, you have the right to use your apartment at specified times. Furthermore, there is the possibility to use the accommodation on short notice, provided it is still available during the desired period. This way, you enjoy maximum flexibility in using your property. Additionally, depending on your needs – for a fee – you can take advantage of all services like a guest, such as cleaning, laundry, or other services.

Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs later, 100% of the amount will be retained as a cancellation fee and billed accordingly. Additionally, alternative models such as a “Non-Refundable” rate can be offered, where the guest receives a lower price, but no cancellation is possible.
